Service Description
Individual faux locs installed using crochet hair for a neat, natural-looking finish. Crochet hair is not included unless otherwise stated. Please bring your hair to the appointment or text us in advance if you would like us to provide it for an additional cost. Wash & blow-dry can be added separately. Additional charges may apply for extra length, density, or specialty loc styles.
Cancellation Policy
✨ Deposit Policy A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your final balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment may transfer the deposit one time only. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or same day will result in loss of the deposit. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up without notice will lose their deposit. Multiple no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. ⏰ Late Policy Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may lose their deposit. 🌿 Hair Preparation Clients should arrive with detangled hair unless detangling is included in the service. Excessive detangling may require extra time or a fee. 💳 Payment Policy The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. Accepted payments may include: • Cash • Card • Zelle / Cash App / Apple Pay 👥 Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment, please limit additional guests. Children should only attend if they are being serviced. ✨ Service Changes If additional services are requested during the appointment, pricing and service time may be adjusted depending on availability. 📍 Location Policy Lush Mane Studio operates as a private home studio in Houston, Texas. For privacy and safety reasons, the exact address will be provided after your appointment has been confirmed. ⏱ Arrival Window Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. 🪷 Service Commitment Services are performed with care and attention to scalp health.
